Affiliate Terms

The DoDemo affiliate programme lets approved partners earn commissions on qualifying DoDemo Pro purchases referred through their unique links. The programme is operated with PromoteKit. Application and dashboard access are described on the Affiliates page.

Stripe remains the source of truth for charges, refunds, disputes, and payouts. PromoteKit attributes referrals and calculates commissions from Stripe and campaign settings.

Participation requires approval. We may accept, reject, pause, or terminate any affiliate at our discretion, including for brand risk, policy violations, or low quality traffic. You must provide accurate identity and payment details in PromoteKit and keep them current.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of DoDemo. You may not bind DoDemo contractually or make unauthorized commitments.

• Commission rates, cookie duration, and eligible products are set in PromoteKit and shown in your affiliate dashboard. Those dashboard terms control unless we notify you of a change.
• Commissions are earned only on successfully collected Stripe payments that PromoteKit attributes to your referral under the campaign rules.
• Commissions become payable according to PromoteKit’s payout schedule and minimums after the related Stripe payment succeeds and any hold period elapses.
• Taxes on your commissions are your responsibility. You may need to provide tax information to receive payouts.

If a referred order is refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed in Stripe, the related commission is reversed or adjusted in PromoteKit. We may withhold or claw back commissions that were paid on later-reversed orders.

You may not:

• Self-refer (purchase through your own affiliate link) or refer accounts you control primarily to generate commission.
• Bid on or run paid search, social, or shopping ads on DoDemo brand terms, including misspellings, without our prior written consent.
• Use spam, unsolicited bulk email, or purchased lists to promote DoDemo.
• Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about DoDemo, pricing, or refunds.
• Impersonate DoDemo, use our logos or marks in a way that suggests official endorsement, or create confusingly similar domains or social handles.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, malware, or any deceptive attribution method.
• Promote DoDemo on sites or channels that host illegal, hateful, or adult content we deem brand-unsafe.

You may use approved brand assets and factual product descriptions. You must comply with advertising and endorsement disclosure laws in your jurisdiction (for example clear #ad / affiliate disclosures where required).

If you endorse DoDemo in exchange for commission, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose the material connection. Failure to disclose is grounds for termination and commission forfeiture.

Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, you must stop promoting DoDemo with affiliate links. Unpaid valid commissions already earned on non-reversed orders may still be paid per PromoteKit’s schedule, unless termination was for fraud or policy violation, in which case unpaid commissions may be forfeited and prior commissions clawed back where permitted.

These Affiliate Terms supplement our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If there is a conflict specific to affiliates, these Affiliate Terms control for the programme.

We may update commission rates, programme rules, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where practical, notice in the affiliate dashboard or by email. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
